With more than 16 years of legal experience, Jacqueline advises founders, executives, and growing businesses on commercial transactions, employment matters, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, and strategic business initiatives.
She currently serves as Chief Legal Officer for a multi-jurisdictional organization, where she partners with executive leadership to navigate complex legal and business challenges. Prior to her in-house leadership role, Jacqueline practiced commercial litigation at a leading regional law firm in the United States. She also began her legal career at a global law firm in Venezuela, where she advised multinational and domestic clients on complex commercial and corporate matters, providing her with a strong international perspective that continues to shape her approach to legal strategy today.
Jacqueline is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, Florida, and the District of Columbia, and is fluent in English and Spanish. She regularly advises executives and businesses on legal issues that intersect with business strategy, operations, and growth.
